Yes and no.

For example: this is for people who do not like yuri and see another person who minds their own business and draws yuri and just posting 'i don't like' on their pic. Which has virtually no point. If you don't like yuri, why did you go to their pic? It hurts no one and that won't stop them drawing it.
There are certain circumstances where something may be different like racism or homophobia, etc. and standing up and saying "this is wrong because it hurts someone else and i don't like this because of it..."

It honestly depends on the situation really.
