When you're into guro, you get off on seeing people totally mutilated or totally mutilated (bloody, guts hanging, etc) while having sex/being raped/being raped in the eyesockets (to allude to the artist's comments).

I'm not into it, but "because eye sockets are tighter" is probably the best thing I've ever heard in my life. xD
